Appointments 

We are committed to providing every client with the time and attention they deserve, so appointments are required—no walk-ins, please.

Booking Policy 

To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit of the service cost is required at the time of booking. 

  • No-Call, No-Shows & Late Cancellations: 
  • A $100 penalty applies for no-call, no-shows, or cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled consultation or appointment. 
  • Penalties will be deducted from the deposit or charged to the account. 

Consultations 

  • In-person consultations: $50, with $25 credited toward your service. 
  • Virtual consultations: Complimentary. 
  • If you book a full appointment, a separate consultation is not required, as all services begin with a consultation. 
  • Please note: A cancellation fee of $25 will be applied for missed or late-canceled consultations. 

Cancellations 

We understand that schedules change. However, to respect everyone’s time: 

  • Cancellations or Rescheduling at least 48 hours before your appointment. 
  • Late Cancellations (within 24 hours): Charged 50% of the treatment cost. 
  • No-Call, No-Shows: Charged 100% of the treatment cost second offense.  
  • It is your responsibility to read our spa and cancellation policies. 

Cancellations or Rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid fees and penalties. 

Lateness 

Please arrive 5 minutes early to ensure your service starts on time. 

  • If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply. 
  • All services require their full allocated time to deliver the best results. 

Limitations  

Your safety is our priority. We may require a doctor’s clearance before proceeding with treatments for clients with certain pre-existing conditions. 

We do not perform treatments on: 

  • Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs 
  • Women who are pregnant or nursing. 
  • Individuals under the age of 18.  

Refunds  

All sales of services and products are final. We give each and every client the time, effort and skills necessary for all services and treatments, however results are not guaranteed, as individual outcomes may vary. We promise to do our absolute best!  

Tipping 

 Tipping is appreciated but not required. Customary tips range from 15%–30% of the service price and may be given in cash or added to a credit card payment. All tips go directly to your Specialist as a token of gratitude for their work.
